Return Policy

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the client (unless it is a mistake from our end).

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
